In Summer 2017, Pentland Homes will be coming back to Canterbury with the launch of The Observatory, a development of 52 new homes situated near Hollow Lane.
The Observatory will comprise 3 and 4 bedroom detached and semi-detached homes, with brand new designs specifically created for this development. These contemporary homes will be built using the latest and highest quality materials, with proposed designs including striking grey and white external finishes, large statement windows and granite or quartz front door surrounds.
In addition to being highly energy efficient, all properties will also benefit from an NHBC 10 Year Structural Warranty.
Although the designs are all new, every home will feature Pentland Homes usual high specification throughout, including underfloor heating to the ground floor and fitted wardrobes to master suites. Subject to build stage, customers will be able to choose from a range of designer kitchen, bathroom and flooring finishes.
“We are very excited to be back in Canterbury again,” says Sales and Marketing Director, Julia Price. “We are passionate about building contemporary, high quality homes in the county, and are delighted to be launching a development in one of the South East’s most vibrant and historically important cities.”
With its world-famous heritage and three universities, Canterbury is considered the cultural hub of Kent, with festivals and events drawing visitors to the area year round. The city centre is home to the impressive Canterbury Cathedral, award-winning Marlowe theatre and cobbled streets featuring the biggest high street names as well as many independent retailers, restaurants and bars.
