Muddy Boots Event at Westwell Park, New Romney
At Pentland Homes, we believe there’s nothing quite like seeing a development in person – even before it’s complete. That’s exactly what our recent Muddy Boots event at Westwell Park was all about.
Set against the backdrop of an active build, we welcomed prospective buyers to step onto site, pull on their PPE, and quite literally walk through the future of this exciting new development.
A Behind-the-Scenes Experience
Westwell Park is still very much in its construction phase, making this event a unique opportunity for visitors to experience the progress firsthand. Equipped with hard hats, high-vis jackets, and of course, those all-important muddy boots, guests were able to explore the site and get a real sense of how the development is taking shape.
From plot positions to street scenes, the event helped bring plans to life in a way that brochures simply can’t.
Connecting with the Team
Our sales team were on hand throughout the day to answer questions, talk through house types, and provide insight into what buyers can expect from life at Westwell Park. For many visitors, it was also an opportunity to discuss specific plots and take the next steps towards reserving their new home.
These one-to-one conversations are an important part of the journey, helping buyers feel confident and informed as they make their decision.
