Pentland Homes Charity Ball Raises £20,083 for Holding On Letting Go
We’re proud to share that our recent Pentland Homes Charity Ball raised an incredible £20,083 in support of our charity of the year, Holding On Letting Go.
Held at Port Lympne’s stunning Orangery, the evening brought together our team, contractors, agencies, and partners for a night of fundraising and celebration — all in aid of a local charity doing extraordinary work for children and families across Kent.
Holding On Letting Go provides free bereavement support for children and young people, helping them navigate the loss of someone close through specialist programmes and guidance. The funds raised from the event will enable the charity to support around 57 children through their bespoke bereavement programme — a truly meaningful impact that reaches right to the heart of the community.
Paul Kitchingman, Managing Director at Pentland Homes, said:
“We’re incredibly proud of what was achieved on the night. The generosity shown by our guests, contractors, and partners was truly inspiring. Holding On Letting Go carries out remarkable work supporting children and families through bereavement, and knowing that these funds will directly help so many makes it all the more rewarding. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this possible.
However, we are not finished raising money just yet for Holding On Letting Go and still have a couple of months to try and raise further funds to support even more bereaved children across our community. So even if you didn’t attend the event but would still like to support both Pentland Homes and our charitable giving work, please pledge your support here”
The evening was a reflection of the strong relationships we’ve built across the industry and the shared commitment to giving back to our community.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended, donated, and supported the event — your kindness and generosity will make a lasting difference to the lives of local children and their families.
