The Rainbow Centre Donation and Volunteer Day

In December we got together to support the Rainbow Centre charity in Folkestone. We made a donation to the Charity as well as supported them through having some of our staff volunteer for them.

What is The Rainbow Centre?

The Rainbow Centre is a charity that provides vital support and care to people facing challenges in their lives. They focus on helping individuals and families experiencing difficult times, such as homelessness, poverty, or other personal crises.

The organization offers a safe and welcoming environment where people can access practical resources like food, clothing, and shelter, as well as emotional support, advice, and services to help them rebuild their lives. Their goal is to create a brighter, more hopeful future for those in need.

How can we help?

To support a charity like The Rainbow Centre, there are several ways you can get involved:

Volunteer your time:

We sent some of our team to help the charity by handing out shopping lists at a supermarket. These lists included items the charity needed to support those in need. Just a couple of hours of your time could make a big difference to a charity like this!

Donate items:

The Rainbow Centre’s website lists the items they most urgently need. This can be a helpful guide when deciding what to donate. Ensure any food products are unopened and in date and focus on donating items that are relevant and useful.

Make a monetary donation:

Donating money is another impactful way to help. Whether it’s a regular monthly payment or a one-off donation, every contribution helps the charity achieve its goal of supporting people in need and providing essential services.
