Winners of the Outstanding Achievement for Customer Satisfaction and Gold Award!

Pentland Homes are extremely grateful and honored to have received two new awards; the prestigious 2024 Outstanding Achievement Award for Customer Satisfaction in the housebuilding industry alongside the 2024 Gold Award, by In-house Research. This will be our 6th consecutive win for the Gold Award and our first time winning the Outstanding Achievement Award. We’re proud to be recognised for our unwavering commitment to excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction.

We achieved an impressive Net Promoter Score of 75.9 from 29 valued customers following legal completions in 2023, with 97% of our customers more than happy to refer a friend. This accolade not only showcases our exemplary performance but also highlights the industry’s collective efforts in enhancing consumer confidence and elevating the construction sector’s reputation.
