Buying your new Pentland home using the mortgage contribution scheme.
On the date of legal completion, for every £10,000 of the purchase price of the property, we will pay you £300. For example, if you reserve a property with a purchase price of £325,000, we will pay you £9,750 for example.

Mortgage contribution agreed
With the mortgage contribution scheme, for every £10,000 spent on the purchase price of a brand-new Pentland home, we will contribute £300 towards your mortgage.
